Evolving a Design System

This year, I helped lead an effort to modernize and AI-ready our design system.

The problem: Our system was outdated, rigid, and didn’t work well with AI tools

The solution: follow atomic design, design tokens, build in flexibility, and create a single source of truth for both human and AI consumption
